OVERVIEW OF AN AUDIT
- Focus groups are created to meet with different stakeholders in the organization.
- Surveys will be created to understand climate of the organization.
- Consultant will collect and analyze surveys; collect reports, review existing policies, review existing procedures, and other documentation to develop a sense of the systems that are part of the organization.
- Once the audit is completed the consultant will draft a report for the organization with their findings and recommendations.
- OPTIONAL ADD ON: Consultant can draft a three-year strategic plan that will set out goals, objectives, and metrics to assess each objective.
